Objective: Enhance brand awareness and sponsorship visibility for the 2024/25 Flagship Season.
Background:
Story Story Night, a well-loved storytelling platform in Idaho, needed to increase awareness and strengthen sponsorship visibility for their flagship event season. HMK Impact recognized the opportunity to elevate Story Story Night’s impact in the Treasure Valley through strategic marketing and storytelling initiatives.
Our Process:
In alignment with our approach to impact reporting, HMK Impact applied a data-driven strategy to highlight Story Story Night’s cultural and social contributions. We created a comprehensive marketing plan to not only boost brand recognition but also showcased their positive community impact. Our process included:
Content Development: Our team conducted a targeted series of storyteller interviews to highlight the process of the storyteller’s experience and the power of stories. From there, we created narrative editorial content that can be used for marketing purposes, press release, PR, grant application and fundraising purposes.
Qualitative Data Analysis: Using a customized set of data, HMK Impact curated Story Story Night’s impact by the numbers and used this information to identify points of impact that was not previously publicly recognized.
Public Relations: Press releases will be distributed with curated editorial narratives based on storyteller interviews. We aim to obtain media outreach that broadens visibility and connects with new audiences.
Local Partnerships & Contests: We look to develop collaborations with community groups and giveaways to deepen local engagement and highlight the value of storytelling.
Results & Impact:
HMK Group’s primary goals are to drive ticket sales and expand brand awareness. At the end of our campaign, HMK will gift marketable content that can be reused in future seasons, ensuring that Story Story Night can pursue effective in-house marketing practices.
HMK Impact’s strives to support SSN in maintaining visibility and deepen community ties. Our efforts will foster new media relationships, improve event attendance, and broaden sponsorship opportunities, ensuring Story Story Night’s mission resonates throughout the community.
