Objective: 1) Engage alumni community to increase and build relationships with the school community, students and other alumni, and 2) Highlight alumni achievements to use as content and marketing for current and prospective families.

Background:
As proud Riverstone alumni ourselves, the HMK Impact team is excited for the opportunity to reconnect with old friends and fellow graduates in order to strengthen the school's alumni network. Celebrating 20 years since the first graduating class is a meaningful milestone, and we look forward to honoring this legacy and building connections for the future. At the conclusion of the campaign, HMK Impact will deliver reusable content and strategic assets that Riverstone can utilize for future engagement efforts, ensuring sustainable and effective in-house marketing and alumni relations.

Our Process:
For Riverstone's alumni engagement program, our objectives focus on building a strong, sustainable connection between the school and its graduates. We conducted market research on similar high school alumni programs to recommend effective engagement practices and provide a baseline for expected alumni engagement. Our approach includes setting up digital platforms with group to connect alumni, a target number of members to engage, and collecting contact information to build a comprehensive alumni database. We aim to drive participation in an alumni survey to understand engagement levels and interests, and we plan to track acceptance rates and profile completions as key engagement metrics.

Results & Impact:
These steps are designed to establish a vibrant, connected alumni community that supports Riverstone’s ongoing mission. We will report back with results upon completion.
